General Overview By accessing Precious Stones Shop and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

The Gold Standard

Products and Pricing

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on global market fluctuations for gold, diamonds, and commodities.
  • Availability: Due to the rarity of items like Californium and Red Mercury, availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed by our sales team.
  • Bulk Orders: For commodities sold in Metric Tons (Lithium, Tin, Silicon), final invoicing may be adjusted based on the exact weight 

Payments and Verification (KYC)

  • High-Value Transactions: For orders exceeding $10,000 USD (including Gold and Californium), we strictly accept Bank Wire Transfers or Crypto-Asset transfers approved by our finance department.
  • Identity Verification: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, we reserve the right to request proof of identity (Passport/ID)

Shipping and Delivery

  • Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, B2B bulk shipments are processed as CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured up to their invoice value during transit.
  • Customs & Duties: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and obtaining necessary import licenses for restricted materials (e.g., Californium, Red Mercury) in their destination country.

Returns and Refunds

  • Diamonds & Jewelry: Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition and accompanied by its certificate.
  • Bullion & Chemicals: Due to the fluctuating market value and the risk of contamination, all sales of Gold, Californium, Red Mercury, and Industrial Powders/Ores are FINAL. We do not accept returns on these items once the chain of custody has broken.

Restricted Materials Disclaimer

The buyer acknowledges that materials such as Californium and Red Mercury are subject to strict international regulations. By purchasing these, the buyer warrants that they hold the necessary licenses and are using these materials for legal, authorized research or industrial purposes only.

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
